We’re looking to hire FOR:
Rearing Manager – 1 Position (Siha, Kilimanjaro)
Reports to: Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting rearing targets and required specifications as per SOPs and KPIs.
Oversees vaccination and selection activities in the Rearing sites.
the management and maintenance of all rearing assets, equipment and stock.
Responsible for motivating, enforcing team compliance with all relevant company SOPs and policies, statutory regulations and expected company behaviours at all times.
Ensures team complies with company QA, SHE, GHPs (Good Hygiene Practice), GMPs (Good
Management Practice) and all other company SOPs & deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
BSc /Animal Science/ Animal Health/ Animal Production related
Minimum 3 years in Animal health in a rearing environment
Computer literate
Strong communication skills
Leadership skills with the ability to train team
