To be considered for the driver positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Training and Experience: Must have completed driving training from a government-recognized institution such as VETA or NIT and have at least one year of driving experience without causing any accidents.
Integrity: Must be honest with no record of theft or criminal activities.
Certification: Must possess a certificate from a government-recognized training institution.
Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license (Class not specified in the original text).
Local Government Endorsement: Must provide a letter of introduction from the local government office (Mtaa).
Age and Mental Fitness: Must be mentally sound, aged between 25 and 50 years.
Guarantors: Must provide two guarantors, each with a letter of introduction from a local government office (Mtaa or Kata).
Work History: Must submit a letter or certificate of service from a previous employer to verify performance.
National Identification: Must include a national ID or NIDA number with the application.
