MECHANICAL AND FLEET SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: Arusha

INDUSTRY: Manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering

FTC Mechanical

In-depth knowledge and understanding of Garage/workshop/mechanical processes, policy and systems.

At least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in middle-level management.

Ability to make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Conversant with fleet management software.

Ability to create and implement maintenance schedules and plans.

Capable of scheduling vehicle route planning and control.

Must be a team player, able to collaborate effectively with dispatch, procurement, finance, and sales.

Able to handle workshop as well as fleet planning and management

Experience in using at least one ERP system (SAP, SAGE, ORACLE, NAVISION, etc.).

TRADE MARKETING/BRAND CHAMPIONS

LOCATION: COUNTRY SIDE

INDUSTRY: MANUFACTURING

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business administration/BCom

Previously demonstrated success in Sales, Marketing, or trade Marketing ideal.

At least 5 years commercial (sales) role, brand management.

Management experience is required.

Ability to develop sales and marketing strategies in beverage companies

Ability to scan the market and apply his skills to handle and manage the market
