ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INTERVIEW CALL
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of Moshi Co-operative University (MoCU), wishes to inform all job applicants who applied for the advertised positions that interviews are scheduled to be conducted from 24-11-2025 to 25-11-2025, after which successful candidates will be assigned duty stations. All applicants called for the interview must adhere to the following instructions:
Interviews will be conducted starting from the date indicated in this announcement, and the specific time and venue for each cadre are as identified for each category.
Every interviewee must arrive at the interview venue wearing a face mask. Each interviewee must also have an identification document for verification.
Acceptable identification documents include: Voter’s ID, Resident ID, National ID, Passport, Driver’s License, or an introduction letter with identification from the Government at the Ward/Village level of origin.
Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES, including birth certificates, certificates for Form IV and VI, diplomas, advanced diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, and postgraduate qualifications depending on the requirements of the respective position.
Interviewees presenting testimonials, provisional results, statements of results, or Form IV and VI result slips will not be accepted and will not be allowed to proceed with the interview.
For cadres requiring registration by Professional Boards, candidates must bring their original registration certificates and valid licenses.
Each interviewee shall cover their own food, transport, and accommodation expenses. Interviewees must attend with decent and appropriate attire according to the dress code guidelines.
Interviewees who studied abroad must ensure their certificates have been verified and approved by the relevant authorities (TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA). For those requiring GPA validation, they must bring a GPA verification certificate from TCU.
Interviewees whose names do not appear in the announcement should log into their Ajira Portal accounts to verify their status so they do not miss future opportunities.
Interviewees called for the interview must confirm their attendance through their accounts and confirm their phone numbers. Those selected through the shortlisting process via the online system should remember their email address and password used during application.
Interviewees whose names appear differently in their documents must bring a Deed Poll registered with the Ministry of Lands.
