Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Entering and maintaining accurate financial data in the ERP system.
Collecting, organizing, and maintaining financial records for easy access and reference.
Reviewing and verifying employee expense claims.
Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Maintaining trade invoices and ensuring payments are reconciled regularly.
Demonstrating a thorough understanding of Purchase Orders and BTS fuel terms and conditions.
Collaborating with various departments to reconcile expense reports.
Ensuring all financial documents are securely stored and properly maintained.
Analyzing financial data to assess the company’s financial performance.
Preparing cost-reduction analyses and recommending improvement initiatives.
Monitoring approved budgets and ensuring departmental and branch expenditures remain within budget allocations.
Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Ability to communicate financial concepts and procedures effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify financial discrepancies.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Good email communication skills.
