About the Role
The Senior Manager, Corporate Banking will be responsible for driving sustainable growth within the Bank’s corporate banking segment. The role involves managing corporate credit and liabilities portfolios, developing new business, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and ensuring that corporate banking activities contribute to the Bank’s overall revenue and profitability objectives.Labor & Employment Law

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Corporate Banking will be responsible for:
Achieving business targets relating to assets, liabilities, revenue, costs, and customer numbers.
Developing and growing the corporate banking customer portfolio.
Proactively managing the Bank’s corporate credit and liabilities portfolio.
Identifying and pursuing new corporate business opportunities.
Developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
Marketing the ACB brand and strengthening the Bank’s competitiveness within the local market.
Ensuring that the corporate banking segment achieves efficient, profitable, sustainable, and quality growth.
Developing proactive market plans that optimize the Bank’s wholesale business.
Identifying changing corporate customer needs and developing appropriate banking solutions.
Developing, executing, and managing commercial strategies and tactical business plans.
Cross-selling the Bank’s products and services to existing and prospective corporate customers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.
Managing key corporate customer relationships through regular communication, meetings, and business visits.
Ensuring that effective customer call programs are maintained for assigned and prospective customers.
Increasing income generation through the sale of appropriate asset, liability, and other banking products.
Providing superior customer service to corporate clients.
Ensuring an effective and professional onboarding experience for new corporate customers.
Providing appropriate advisory services to new and existing corporate customers.
Acting as the primary interface between the Bank and selected high-net-worth corporate customers.
Understanding customer financial requirements and recommending suitable banking products and solutions.
Monitoring customer relationships and identifying opportunities for additional business.
Working with relevant internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of corporate banking solutions.
Supporting the achievement of quality and sustainable growth within the corporate banking portfolio.
Ensuring compliance with applicable banking policies, procedures, and risk management requirements.
Preparing and maintaining appropriate customer and business records.
Performing any other duties that may be delegated or assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates for the Senior Manager, Corporate Banking position should have:Business Operations
A University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Relevant professional experience in Corporate Banking.
Strong skills in credit analysis, credit documentation, and relationship management.
Ability to assess customer needs and develop suitable financial products and solutions.
Proven sales experience in a client relationship role within corporate banking.
In-depth understanding and knowledge of corporate banking products.
Strong understanding of corporate customers and their financial requirements.
