Position: Reservations Staffs – 8 Positions

Flightlink is a scheduled and Corporate Airline with bases in Dar Es Salaam and Arusha.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Agent in our Reservations Call Centre, you will ensure smooth operation of ticket sales, manage customer inquiries, process bookings, and provide exceptional service to passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process reservation requests via phone at our Central Reservations Department in Dar es Salaam.
Generate additional revenue through the sale of ancillary services.
Provide guests with detailed information about flight schedules, fares, and conditions of carriage.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
Qualification:
Minimum: Diploma in or equivalent to IATA Foundation in Travel and Tourism, Certificate in IATA Fares and Ticketing Course.
Additional: Experience in travel agencies or airlines, ICAO Grade 4 proficiency, strong MS Office and computer skills, ability to work longer hours and naturally comfortable with customers.
