Are you a proactive IT professional with a strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in IT support and the drive to improve infrastructure and systems performance?
We are looking for an experienced IT Officer to join our dynamic team at Said Salim Bakhresa & Co. Ltd – Transport Division.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain & troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks.
Provide user support and resolve IT related issues.
Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
Manage network infrastructure and VPNs.
Support SAP and fuelling systems.
Document IT processes and support internal projects.
Collaborate with departments to support business needs.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in logistics
Proficiency in network administration, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with SAP, fuelling systems, and IT security best practices.
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCITP) are a plus.
