ANNOUNCEMENT OF CALL FOR INTERVIEWS
The Secretary of the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat, on behalf of MDAs & LGAs, wishes to inform all job applicants that interviews are expected to be conducted starting from 14/02/2026 to 14/02/2026. Applicants who were shortlisted will be required to attend the interviews. Interviewees invited to attend the interviews are required to observe the following instructions:
Interviews will be conducted starting on the dates as indicated in this announcement, at the time and venue where the interview will be conducted as specified for each cadre.
Each interviewee must bring their original identification document (Mask).
Each interviewee must come with original certificates for verification purposes.
Acceptable certificates include: Birth Certificate, National ID, Job Card, Citizenship Certificate, Travel Document, Driving License, or any other official identification issued by the Government or its institutions.
Interviewees must bring ORIGINAL certificates, starting from the first certificate of completion, Form IV certificate, Form VI certificate, Diploma Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree Certificate, Professional Certificates, and transcripts showing academic progress and grades.
Interviewees who present Testimonials, Provisional Results, Statement of Results, or Form IV and Form VI results slips WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED WITH THE INTERVIEW.
Interviewees who studied outside the country are required to ensure they have certificates verified and approved by the relevant authorities, including TCU, NACTVET, or NECTA. Candidates with foreign education qualifications whose GPA classification differs from the Tanzanian system must submit a GPA equivalency certificate from TCU.
Each interviewee will be responsible for their own food, transport, and accommodation. However, each interviewee must report for the interview at the time specified.
Applicants who are not Tanzanian citizens must ensure they have valid residence permits (such as Class A, B, or C) and a valid work permit.
Interviewees who applied for more than one position under this announcement are required to attend interviews for each position they applied for, provided that interview schedules do not overlap.
All interviewees invited for interviews are required to log in to their Ajira Portal accounts and use their interview number. Applicants who forget their interview number are required to reset their email address and password used in the Ajira Portal system.
Interviewees who applied for positions requiring land-related responsibilities are required to bring a Title Deed (Deed Poll) verified by the 5 of Lands.
