Position: Loan Officers (18 Positions)

Hiring on behalf of our esteemed client
Industry: Microfinance / Financial Services
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit potential clients for loan products.
Conduct field visits and assess borrower eligibility and creditworthiness.
Process loan applications and prepare client documentation.
Monitor loan utilization and ensure funds are used appropriately.
Track repayment schedules and follow up with clients to maintain portfolio quality.
Maintain strong relationships with borrowers and local communities.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years experience as a Loan Officer.
Knowledge of lending procedures and credit risk assessment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Location: Various Regions across Tanzania
