Job Responsibilities:
Follow up on overdue loan accounts through calls, visits, and formal notices.
Monitor and manage non-performing loans to improve recovery rates.
Prepare reports on outstanding loans and recovery performance.
Work closely with loan officers to track borrower behavior and reduce default risks.
Maintain professional client engagement during recovery processes.
Job Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years experience in loan recovery or debt collection.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging recovery cases.
Location: Various regions across Tanzania
