About UNAIDS
The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS leads and inspires the world in achieving zero new HIV infections, zero discrimination, and zero AIDS-related deaths. UNAIDS brings together 11 UN agencies, including:
UNICEF
World Health Organization
UNESCO
World Bank
UNDP
Together, they work toward ending AIDS by 2030 as part of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Contract Type: Internship
Duration: 2 to 6 months
Work Mode: On-site or remote (depending on department needs)
Duty Station: Multiple locations worldwide

Programme Objective
The UNAIDS Internship Programme aims to:
Provide practical experience in global health and development
Promote gender equality and diversity
Support young professionals in building careers in international organizations
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
Be enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate program
OR
Have graduated within the last 12 months
Additional requirements:
Must be at least 20 years old
Must have working knowledge of at least one official language:
English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Russian

Important Conditions
