The Mafia District Council, under the President's Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (PO-RALG), has officially announced four (4) government job vacancies for qualified Tanzanian citizens.
The council is inviting applications from motivated and eligible candidates to fill positions in Records Management and Office Management.

1. Records Management Assistant II (3 Positions)
Number of Vacancies: 3
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Registering incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Distributing files to responsible officers.
Receiving files returned from officers.
Filing and organizing official records.
Tracking the movement of files within the institution.
Maintaining an efficient records management system.

Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
Form Four (CSEE) or Form Six (ACSEE) Certificate.
Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management from a government-recognized institution.
Computer skills.

2. Office Management Secretary Grade II (1 Position)

Duties
The selected candidate will:
Prepare official documents and confidential correspondence.
Receive and assist visitors.
Manage appointments and office schedules.
Maintain office files and documents.
Organize meetings and prepare meeting materials.
Prepare office stationery requests.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Be 45 years old or younger.
